4th of July fun part two....the parade!
After we went to Desoto, we went straight to the 4th of July parade in Ralston, Ne. It was like your normal parade...lots of cars, clowns, floats, and.....STAR WARS. Porter was so excited! He wasn't sure what to think about getting his picture taken with a Storm Trooper, but he did it anyway. Both Porter and Peyton did not like the clowns. Porter hid behind Lynn whenever they came up to us, and Peyton started crying. We ended up with a pocket full of candy and happy kids!

Tanner thought it was pretty cool that Porter got his picture with a Storm Trooper.
Dang! I'm jealous! I wish I could have my picture taken with a storm trooper. I bet if you would have recited a line from the movie to him he would have responded in character. Nerds are like that, I know 'cause I am one. Hey I'm not sure if Porter knows about this, but Lynn can take him to see it...
