So, after much praying and fasting, and a few interviews, Lynn and I decided that we will be going to The Ohio State. He has decided that he wants to specialize in Prosthedontics. For those who don't know what that is, it's anything to do with fake teeth like dentures, implants, crowns, bridges etc. The residency is three years long, but we hope that it will all be worth it in the end. We are excited to start on a new adventure and go to some awesome football games. We are also excited to be close to more church history sites. We plan on taking weekend trips to all of the exciting places in the east that we can. They say that Ohio is in the midwest, but it really isn't. It's totally eastern United States. So, if anyone is interested in visiting we will be moving out there in May or June.

Go Gurneys! I'm so glad you guys decided to specialize. Good luck in Ohio! Your family is getting so big. We miss you all. I didn't know you had a blog... now we can keep up with eachothers lives and we won't feel like we live so darn far away from eachother (even though we do).
CONGRATS! We will miss you so much, but it is off to another portion of the journey. It will all be so worth it in the end. We will miss you so very much. But the Lord is with you, and he will watch out for you.
You will see some awesome football games. Ben might be jealous. If we end up in Pennsylvania next year, maybe we'll see more of eachother. Porter's dance moves are cool, and the half-dressed pic of Peyton looks just like my kids. They just don't like to keep their clothes on in the house.
We love you and support your decision. We miss you and will have to plan some fun trips to see you.
Doesn't it feel good to have the decision made? We should get together sometime while you are back "east" and we are too! It would be fun to meet somewhere.
Yay Erin!! That is so exciting!!! I've never been to Ohio, well I drove through during the night but that doesn't count. Mike's best friend lives there. Next time we visit him we'll have to meet up! Congrats!!

congratulations!!! I am so excited for you guys. wow three years. I had no idea the pros residency was that long. The prosthodontists at our school are by far the most helpful. way to go Lynn
