My Little Missionary
So, when I picked Porter up from school today his teacher pulled me aside and told me that she overheard a conversation that Porter was having with another classmate while they were playing with the blocks. Porter was telling the girl that Jesus died for all of us. She asked him how, and he said, "Jesus died on the cross with nails in his hands and feet." That was the jist of the conversation, but Porter's teacher thought that was the sweetest thing to hear. I thought about how the little things we do each day affect our children in the simplest ways. Porter can be a missionary now!

oh that is so precious. way to go porter. that is super cute!
Sounds similar to when Mrs Rhodenberg caught Vanessa teaching the little girls in the class to sing I am a Child of God. Kids are so sweet and innocent, and not afraid to tell it like it is. Way to go Porter!!
That is absolutely lovely. I am amazed everyday how strong the testimonies of little children are. Sometimes the thing they just know really suprise me. Tell Porter we are sooooo happy that he is such a good example to his friends and cares enough about them to share his testimony.
porter you are so cute.
