Porter's 1st day of Pre-K!

Today was Porter's first day of Preschool. I was worried about what he would do when I left him there because I'm with him constantly. He looked as if he was okay when we left, he even was tracing his name and didn't really notice. So I went for a run and then had to go back and pick him up after stopping at home for some things. He was really excited to see Peyton and I. I asked him how the day went and he said "We did criss cross!" I said "Criss cross applesauce?" He said, "Where you there? How did you know?" Moms know everything. He also said that they did the chicken dance, and tip toe. I asked him if he cried and he said that he did because I wasn't there. Maybe tomorrow he will do better. At least he is excited to return in the morning knowing that I will leave him there again.

He is excited to go to school

Look how big the smallest backpack we could find was. He will grow someday right?

He is so grown up now! I'm glad he had a good day.

Isaac had a great day yesterday, and didn't want to come home, but today was another story. He cried all morning. It will be like that for the first week or so. But I loved Mr. Rhodenburg, and I know that Porter will love her too. She and Miss Tanisha are WONDERFUL teachers. So glad Porter is having fun at school. He looks so cute in his backpack.
